All lovers of Sex and the City always wondered what it would be like to live in the same apartment as Carrie Bradshaw. The apartment itself has become an iconic figure in New York City. Well it looks like someone is living that dream.
The brownstone apartment, located on 64 Perry Street in Manhattan’s West Village, listed for $9.65m in early March and sold for $9.85m by an unnamed buyer. The apartment that served as the backdrop for countless lingering post-date moments and famous fight/make-up/break-up scenes with Aidan, Big and Burger is now in the hands of someone else.
This is not the first big star’s apartment that was bought recently. A couple of months ago, Truman Capote’s 11-bedroom Brooklyn Heights home sold for an astonishing $12m.
